Glenarn colour everywhere

There's been a problem with this blog as nothing I've written since autumn has been published but I think it's solved now.

The sun these last few days has really brought out the flowers here and we avoided the frost although the temperature dropped to zero one night this week!


Magnolia kobus has opened to create a white globe and several of the young magnolias I grew from seed 20+ years ago are starting to flower as you can see. At the bottom of the garden there is another tall and slender with spectacular 12 petalled flowers!


Meanwhile the erythroniums continue where the deer permit them.
