Asteranthera ovata

This little climber grows on an old stump at Glenarn and covers it with flowers in June. It then continues to flower for the next couple of months but not in such profusion. I think it’s from Chile originally, like Phylesia magellanica and the shy Mitraria. All do well in our climate and soil.
