Our resident hedgehog

Yesterday morning I met this lovely big hedgehog trotting through the grass near the greenhouse. He didn’t notice me and came right past, into the deep leaf litter beneath the magnolia. Looked in good condition. We have seen them previously near the greenhouse but not in broad daylight.
